6. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: i. The development shall incorporate nature-based Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of connection from proposed SuDS devices at both proposed extension and garden shed to existing drains shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
