3. The following requirements of the Conservation Officer shall be met in full: a) Revised drawing should be submitted for the proposed new glazed door to the rear garden at lower ground floor level at a scale of 1:20 confirming materials and opening arrangement. b) The proposed ope between kitchen and dining room should relate better to proposed new glazed doors to garden and be reduced to 3m in width. c) Revised drawing should be submitted for the proposed double doors from family room to hall at a scale of 1:20 confirming materials and opening arrangements. d) All works around chimney breast in kitchen shall be fully outlined for agreement. e) The material and fixing details of canopy/pergola above new doors shall be submitted for agreement. Prior to the commencement of development these matters shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority. Reason: To ensure that the integrity of this protected structure is maintained.
