The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be submitted to the planning authority for the written agreement of the Drainage Planning Policy and Development Control Section prior to commencement of construction.
