4. The development shall be revised as follows: (a) The proposed timber fencing to the rear garden walls shall be omitted (b) A revised first floor plan shall be submitted, showing the chimney breast in proposed Bedroom 4 remaining legible in its form with no partition walls bisecting it. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
