3. The applicant shall comply with the following requirements in respect of the proposed works to the existing dwelling; a) The proposed replacement roof tiles shall match the existing tiles at the subject dwelling and the adjoining dwelling, b) Details of the proposed refurbishment works to the existing windows shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement, c) The existing iron rainwater goods shall be retained and refurbished. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit these details to the planning authority for written agreement. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity.
