8. The drainage arrangements shall be in accordance with the requirements of Dublin City Council’s Drainage Division: b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
