5. The south west side of the proposed apartment 40 shall be recessed back by between 200mm 300mm from the permitted south west elevation below with the adjoining roof parapet tied in accordingly, or shall be finished in a different brick finish to the permitted apartments below on the block’s south west elevation. Plans and elevation to be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of development.
