5. Prior to commencement of development the following details shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with the Planning Department: b) The proposal for the management of surface water as indicated on the drawings submitted is not acceptable. The developer shall submit two revised copies of a detailed site plan to the Drainage Division for written approval. These plans shall be submitted not later than the submission of the commencement notice for the development. The main points to note in the revised drawings are: • The Applicant shall submit a Surface Water Management layout for the development, illustrating the how Foul and Surface Water are designed on an entirely separate system. d) The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction
