3. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: (a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) Revised drawings shall be submitted reducing the scale of the roof to the rear section of the side (southwest) extension, possibly having a flat roof along the length of this extension, and removing the upper section of the double-height space to the rear (southeast) elevation.
