4. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written approval of the Planning Department which shall include the following: (a) Omission of the aluminium capping and louvers surrounding the ensuite extension at first floor level. (b) The ensuite window to the first floor bathroom shall be reduced in size to reflect the size of other windows at that level and permanently glazed with obscure glass. (c) The first floor window accommodating the wardrobe shall be permanently glazed with obscure glass. Reason: In order to ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
