6. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the Planning Authority confirmation of the materials, dimensions and proposed fixing details of the proposed new signage on the granite string course. The use of a high quality metal sign can be considered where well detailed. The applicant shall ensure that all fixing details are located within existing mortar joints. There shall be no illumination of the signage.
