Description

For permission for development at the Meridian Court building on the corner of Spindrift Avenue and Magellan Crescent, Royal Canal Park, Pelletstown, Dublin 15. The development will consist of change of use from office to residential use to provide 29 no. apartments (7 no. 1-bed, 16 no. 2-bed and 6 no. 3-bed units), accommodated on the 1st to 6th floors of existing vacant space over an existing vacant ground floor retail unit in a mixed-use building known as Meridian Court. Associated bicycle parking, waste storage and plant rooms will be provided in an existing single storey shared basement. The development includes refurbishment of the existing shared central courtyard space. All apartment units to have new private balconies or terraces, located on south, east and west building elevations. The development will include modifications to existing façades with existing openings resized, partial recladding, additional balconies added and an overall reduction of window area. The existing ground floor retail unit will remain unchanged.
