7. The applicant shall undertake the requirements of DCC’s Parks, Biodiversity & Landscape Division as follows: a) The following amendments to the landscaping proposals shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority prior to commencement of any development on site that relates to the subject amendment application: i. Details of 5no. play features for younger children and full play space details. ii. Details of revised roof terrace design including two high quality communal seating areas, perimeter hedge and shrub planting and feature trees. iii. Boundary wall detail with render on both sides of the walls. iv. Replacement of the chestnut pale fence to the ground floor communal open space with galvanised steel fence.
