3. Conservation a) Prior to commencement of development the applicant/developer shall submit the following documentation for the written approval of the Dublin City Council Conservation Officer: i. A comprehensive written and photographic of the proposed development areas on the first and sixth floors to identify any historic fabric or finishes. ii. Clarification about the structural make-up of the wall, down stand and nib which are proposed for demolition with the first floor development area and confirmation if these elements are original. iii. A method statement for the proposed works. iv. A set of MEP drawings for all services associated with the proposed ensuite bathrooms. v. A comprehensive impact assessment of the proposed works.
