3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of the development, a revised Site Layout Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement detailing the following: i. Safe pedestrian walkways to/from the Cuan Aoibheann building which links to the wider St. Mary’s Hospital Campus. ii. Revised car parking layout omitting spaces 5, 6 and 7 as annotated on Proposed Site Layout Plan, Drawing No. 2241-P102 and amalgamating spaces 1 and 2 into an additional accessible parking space. iii. Revised cycle parking layout, detailing a minimum 20 staff cycle parking spaces and 8 visitor spaces. Staff cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Electric bike charging facilities shall be provided. Shower and changing facilities shall also be provided as part of the development. Key/fob access should be required to bicycle compounds. Visitor cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked.
