Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION & RETENTION:Planning permission is sought for i) the removal of the single storey extension to the rear of basement level and reinstate this area to its previous arrangement, ii) localized remedial works to areas that have been directly impacted by this extension, iii) reinstatement of the single storey boiler house to rear which was previously in place, iv) reinstatement of the adjoining external areas once the larger extension is removed, v) retention of the single storey (with 1.3m high storage area underneath) laundry room extension, to the entrance floor level rear of the original return, vi) alterations to the existing laundry room extension to improve the finish and detail, including removal of existing sand cement plaster and replacement with a lime render, new natural copper top hat capping detail, removal of existing uPVC door and replacement with new solid timber door, new solid timber door to the storage area underneath, new replacement natural copper rainwater goods. vii) retention of the 2 no. en- suites to the 2 no. rear bedrooms of the basement floor, viii) replacement of the 2 no. uPVC windows to the rear return with timber sash windows to match the detail of the existing rear window, and all associated works.
