The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the planning authority: (b) Prior to the commencement of development, the Developer shall submit drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, clarifying the proposed service runs and location for battery storage. It should be noted that cable runs should be located between joists and / or through existing service runs in order to avoid notching and any further impact on historic fabric. The direction of the joists should also be clarified.
