6. The applicant/developer shall comply with the following Drainage Division requirements: a) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. The design and construction of soakaways shall comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. b) Full details of the connection from proposed soakaway to existing drain shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division of Dublin City Council prior to commencement of construction.
