Description

4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC) of Dublin City Council; ii) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
