Description

6. The following requirements shall apply to the proposed retail unit and childcare facility: (a) Prior to the occupation of the retail unit and childcare facility, finalised service details, as well as details of any proposed signage to be applied to the elevations of the respective buildings, including details of the materials, colour, lettering and depth of the signage, shall first be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority.
