10. The developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: c) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: i. Details for the infill of the opes from the existing basement of the Protected Structure at No.24 Aungier Street. These opes are to be infilled using material similar to the existing wall and a lime-based mortar.
