4. The following requirements of the Archaeology, Conservation & Heritage Department shall be strictly adhered to: b) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for their written agreement: i. 1:5 section details of how the awning shall be contained within the existing shopfront fascia and the anchoring details that would be used to fix these enclosures to the facades. The awning shall be manually operated. ii. The anchoring detail to fix the lever / armature to the shopfront, as well as a specification / methodology for any grouts that may be used as well as the fixing.
