2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Archaeology, Conservation & Heritage Section of Dublin City Council: a. The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: i. The stone proposed for reinstatement of the stringcourse to the front façade shall be confirmed, ensuring this is on a like-for-like basis. ii. Samples of the proposed stone for repair of the front elevation shall be submitted for agreement. iii. Confirmation of the materiality of the front elevation behind the external granite, accompanied by photographs demonstrating the materiality of the fabric surrounding the ATM. The reinstatement of the walling shall be on a like-for-like basis and shall be confirmed in advance. The internal finishes are also to be confirmed, demonstrating that these finishes will retain the breathability of historic fabric.
