PROTECTED STRUCTURE :RETENTION/PERMISSION : Retention permission is sought for development which consists of the removal of a wall along the western boundary and railing, steps and a shed to the rear with associated remedial/enabling works to the rear including a relocated temporary fire exit and timber access steps to the north/west elevation.
