3. The following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: (b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The applicant shall demonstrate the feasibility of the submitted drainage proposal prior to commencement of construction. Full details shall also be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
