Description

17. Prior to the commencement of development, the developer shall submit to the planning authority for written agreement a Stage 2 — Detailed Design Stage Stormwater Audit. Upon completion of the development, a Stage 3 Completion Stage Stormwater Audit to demonstrate that Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems measures have been installed, are working as designed, and that there has been no misconnections or damage to stormwater drainage infrastructure during construction, shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Reason: In the interests of public health and surface water management.
