2. Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit revised drawings for the written approval of the Planning Authority showing the following amendments: (i) Revised materials for the lettering to the reinstated canopy and to the north end of the façade to complement the bronze or copper detailing to the façade of the Protected Structure. (ii) The perforated PVC film to the internal glass doors shall be limited to the company lettering and logo only. (iii) The graphical signage and lettering to Dawson Lane shall be retained and details of the painting over of this signage shall be submitted to ensure that the lettering is still evident. Reason: In the interest of visual amenities and to ensure that the integrity of this protected structure is maintained.
