6. The following requirements of the Council’s Drainage Division shall be complied with: b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The submitted reports outline that SuDS are to be incorporated in to the design of this development. Full details of these surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
