7. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council: b) All existing original features, in the vicinity of the works shall be protected during the course of the proposed works. The applicant shall submit a conservation specification and methodology for the necessary mitigation measures to ensure the protection of the Protected Structure (the boundary wall of the Phoenix Park) in the course of construction.
