6. The following drainage requirements of the planning authority shall be complied with: d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water and in particular incorporation of sedum green roof shall be considered. Full details of Sustainable Drainage Systems shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
