Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Currently there is evidence of water ingress to a number of locations along the exposed gable and at chimneys, along with instability to an existing garden. Ongoing water ingress is causing irreparable damage to internal lime plaster and decorative cornicing, and as such must be immediately addressed. Repair works to East gable - At Exterior + At Interior. Repair works to East Boundary Stone Wall. Repair works to Return Chimney first floor. (Internal and external) Repairs to all other chimneys. Repairs to slate roof.
