4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. Where infiltration measures are proposed, a suitable infiltration assessment, including geotechnical test results should be submitted to demonstrate the proposed measures will function as intended. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
