Description

9. Prior to commencement of works a study of the proposed external colours finishes of the development structures will be undertaken with reference to established viewpoints under the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment Study. Recommendations on colours will specify RAL colour coded finishes for the development structures and will be submitted as rendered elevations/GGIs for the written approval of the Planning Authority. Reason: in the interests of amenity and sustainable development
