8. The applicant is required to comply with the following Drainage Division requirements: (i) The applicant has indicated private drainage chambers within the publicly maintained laneway at Palmerston Gardens. All private drainage infrastructure such as, downpipes, gullies, manholes, armstrong junctions, etc. shall be located within the final site boundary. Prior to commencement of the development, the developer shall submit a revised drainage layout for agreement with the DPPDC section. (v) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of the SuDS devices shall be submitted for agreement with the DPPDC section prior to commencement of the development.
