8. The following requirements of the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section shall be complied with: d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as indicated within the report by Moca Consulting Engineers. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
