4. Bat roosts shall be incorporated into the site after the conclusion of an appropriately detailed survey to the written satisfaction of the planning authority and in accordance with the details submitted to An Bord Pleanála with this application unless otherwise agreed in writing with the planning authority Reason: To ensure the protection of the natural heritage on the site.
