5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: a) Prior to the commencement of development, revised drawings shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for agreement indicating the following amendments: i) The pedestrian/cyclist entrance located on the southern boundary to a width of 2.973metre, in accordance with the previously granted entrance at this location (Reg. Ref. no. 3705/20). ii) Omission of 4 bicycle parking stands (8 spaces in total) of the two-tier style located at the southern end of the resident’s bicycle parking storage (adjacent to the external door access). Provision of e-charging facilities for bicycles shall be placed at this location.
