5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: b) Prior to occupation of the development, a Mobility Management Plan shall be submitted for written agreement. The applicant shall undertake to implement the measures outlined in the Mobility Management Plan and to ensure that future tenants of the proposed development comply with this plan. A Mobility Manager shall be appointed to oversee and co-ordinate the implementation of the plan.
