5. The developer shall comply fully with the requirements of the Conservation Office as follows: a. Prior to the commencement of development, a salvage strategy setting out the approach to the reuse (on-site or elsewhere) of all historic items proposed for removal (such as historic doors, windows etc) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Planning Authority.
