3. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit the following details for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) Details of café signage proposals including a colour photomontage, outlining full details of security measures and materials to be utilised in the proposed cafe. The proposed signage shall comprise either individually mounted or handpainted and backlit lettering of maximum height 40cm placed on the existing fascia of the unit. No spotlights or projecting signs shall be permitted. The colour scheme shall complement the materials and colours in the shopfront and adjacent shopfronts.
