16 .The Developer shall comply with the Transport Infrastructure Ireland in relation to the following: h The proposed development is located adjacent to hard landscape works completed as part of the Luas public realm improvements. Prior to commencement of development, revised plans to complement and reinforce the public realm works including hard landscaping shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority and written approval of TII.
