3. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written approval of the Planning Department which shall include the following: a) The proposed ground floor side extension shall not extend past the existing bay window of the dwelling b) The proposed first floor side extension shall be set back 200mm from the existing front building line. c) The proposed roof design shall not be stepped down at the front and should provide a continuous roof form to match the existing design.
