3. Obscured glass privacy screens shall be provided on the eastern elevations of the hereby permitted 2nd floor terraces. Prior to the commencement of development, revised drawings showing these screens shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenities of adjoining residential occupiers.
