3. Prior to commencement of development on site, the applicant shall submit the following, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority; a. A revised plan layout which shows the extension reduced in size and set back from the corner of the main house by a minimum 1m set back b. A revised roof plan which shows clearly how the proposed flat roof will adjoin the main hipped roof. c. A revised elevation which shows the proposed canopy over the entrance door projecting no further than the front of the main house. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and to ensure the extension reads as a subordinate addition to the main house.
