7. The development hereby approved shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Drainage Division: b) The development shall incorporate sedum roof in the management of surface water as per drawing no. 3.0_108. The applicant shall indicate how the Foul and Surface Water are designed on an entirely separate system. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
