17. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with a) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a demolition contractor, a Demolition Management Plan shall be submitted to for the written agreement of the planning authority. This plan shall provide details of intended demolition practice for the development, including traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of demolition waste. The Demolition Management Plan shall specifically address any points raised by TII and the applicant shall liaise with them during the development process. b) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to for the written agreement of the planning authority in consultation with TII. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction waste. The Construction Management Plan shall specifically address any points raised by TII and the applicant shall liaise with them during the development process. A mobility management plan for the construction phase shall be provided. c) Details of all works within the public domain including areas to be taken in charge shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement prior to commencement of development. Works shall be in accordance with the Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council
