3. Prior to the commencement of the development the following information shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority: a) For clarity, the proposed works to the windows shall be colour coded/letter coded on the plan drawings, as per the elevation drawings, to indicate where windows are being repaired, retained without works and replaced with new high-quality timber sash windows. A detailed schedule shall be provided indicating where historic glass survives. The historic glass shall be retained unless otherwise agreed with the Planning Authority. d) Diagrammatic study of how a multi-pane timber sash replacement window option can be achieved as an alternative approach to the proposed one-over-one arrangement shall be submitted for the agreement of the Planning Authority. This study shall include reconsideration of opes within the Murray Addition (West Range).
