4. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transport Planning Division: a) Prior to the commencement of the development, a Phasing Strategy for the full site as permitted under reg. ref. 3228/20 and hereby amended shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This shall set out construction and occupation phasing strategy and implementation timescales for delivering works within the public road and footpath on Walkinstown Avenue and Naas Road to be agreed under Condition 15(a, i and ii), reg. ref. 3228/20.
