5. The following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. No SuDS have been provided to manage rainwater arising from the proposed roof area. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
