7. The following requirements of the Council’s Conservation Department shall be complied with: g) The following details shall be provided for the written agreement of the Planning Authority and Conservation Section in advance of the works commencing: xiii. Notwithstanding the unprotected status of the warehouse, café and small tower buildings on the site, I recommend that that as much of the existing fabric is retained and repaired in accordance with best conservation practice, and the following information is provided, to ensure that the proposed works reflect the traditional construction of the subject buildings and to respect the setting of the adjacent Protected Structure: • 1:10 detail to illustrate the junction between the existing parapets east and west and the raised roof this, which will have a considerable visual impact on the building and its adjoining neighbour
